If you can't find the company, you can't find the warranty.

Search Amazon or eBay for “inverter mini split” and you'll find dozens of brand names on what look like the same units — a lot of this industry is rebadged, white-label equipment. Now try to find a U.S. address or a phone number for some of those brands. You'll be up a river without a paddle.
